Absolutely! Always!  Fresh, clean linens are always used for every session.  And we have daily cleaning protocols as well.

We understand that life happens, we get it.  And, we do have a 24 hour cancellation policy, so we request that you reach out to us prior to the 24 hour mark.   Give us a call and we’ll get your rescheduled ASAP (512)402-2669 And we can also chat more about our cancellation policy in our Terms and Conditions.

For our mobile services, Not within the greater Austin area and parts north.  IF outside this area please give us a call to discuss further details, thanks!

Tips are not included at this time & are appreciated.

For In-house Or Mobile services just give us a call, we’ll chat & suggest the best plan of action moving forward and who to book you with & when.

For mobile Services, we do require a 50% deposit to reserve a specific date, time & therapist.

For Mobile services, No.  We will bring everything to you.  And we will connect via phone & email to get logistics prior.

What is most important is that you are comfortable. We ask all our clients to undress to their level of comfort. Please know that you will be covered at all times, except for the body part that is being worked on, as we practice the required draping.

For bookings 35miles + from our NW Austin office address there is a 1-time fee, please inquire.
