I became a massage therapist because I want to assist those who have chosen a path of self-care and wellness. I want to be a partner in my clients’ journeys, encouraging and aiding them in their unwinding of tension and pain, creating space for them to feel ease from within their bodies.
My aim is to tailor each massage to my client’s needs in that moment- combining technique, knowledge and intuition to address their concerns and requests for the session. I approach my work with professionalism and care, met with compassion and a gentle nature.
I cannot make anyone feel better, but I can help if you want to feel better!

◦◦ Specialties ◦◦
– TMJ focus: This work focusing on the release of pain & tension in the mouth & cheeks is achieved by working with the muscles, connective tissues and bony structures of the head, face, mouth and neck. Techniques are hands-on, light, and gentle, combining elements of craniosacral therapy and myofascial release. Tension is addressed from the inside of the client’s mouth (intraoral) as part of the session.
The client will remain fully clothed for the session, and will be positioned lying face up and then seated.
– Dynamic Body Balancing (DBB): This is a gentle, active and non-invasive form of hands-on therapy. Techniques are grounded in CranioSacral Therapy and Myofascial Unwinding. DBB is performed with gentle & flowing movement, mobilizing your body & allowing it to release restrictions and tension within the connective tissue and muscles.
DBB is performed clothed & seated, standing or lying down. Sessions are focused on restrictions in a target area of the body such as the hips, pelvis, torso, shoulders, neck or head. Possible outcomes are increased range of motion, decreased pain and tension, a stronger sense of core balance, stability and groundedness, and emotional healing.
There is a strong energetic element to Dynamic Body Balancing. Emotional release may occur as energy flow is re-established, if the root causes of physical restrictions are from emotional stressors.
