1. Our Services

Live Love Relax provides therapeutic massage, bodywork, Rolfing and structural integration, and related wellness services. Services are offered at our Northwest Austin studio and through our mobile service for personal, wedding, and corporate events.

All services are performed by licensed massage therapists and qualified practitioners in accordance with Texas law. Our services are intended for relaxation, stress reduction, and general wellness support.

2. Not Medical Care

Massage therapy and bodywork are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, examination, or treatment. Our practitioners do not diagnose illness or disease, do not prescribe medication, and do not perform spinal adjustments or any medical procedure.

Nothing on our website or communicated during a session constitutes medical advice. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have any concerns about whether massage is appropriate for you, consult your physician before booking. You are responsible for disclosing relevant health information on your intake form and to your practitioner before your session begins.

3. Booking and Appointments

Appointments may be booked online through our scheduling platform, by phone, or by email. Booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us or from our scheduling system.

We ask that you arrive on time. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session will end as originally scheduled and you will be charged the full rate, so that we can honor the appointments of clients who follow you.

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We understand that life happens. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations with 24 or more hours notice: No charge. We will help you reschedule.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: Charged at 50% of the scheduled service price.
• No call, no show: Charged at 100% of the scheduled service price.
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows: May result in a prepayment requirement for future bookings, or in our declining to schedule further appointments.

To cancel or reschedule, call us at 512-515-9514 or email info@liveloverelax.com. Please call rather than relying on email or text if your appointment is within 24 hours.

5. Mobile and Event Services

Our mobile service brings massage to your home, office, wedding, or corporate event throughout the greater Austin area and parts north.

The deadlines in this section apply to mobile and event bookings and replace the 24 hour timeline in Section 4.

• Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to reserve a specific date, time, and practitioner/s for mobile services. The deposit secures your booking and is applied to your final balance.
• Deposit refunds: Deposits are refundable through one week (7 days) prior to the event start date. Cancellations inside that one week window forfeit the 50% deposit, since the reserved date, time, and practitioners cannot typically be rebooked. A no call, no show is charged the full booking amount.
• Adding time: Additional time may be added to a mobile or event booking up until 48 hours prior to the event start date, subject to practitioner availability. Requests inside 48 hours cannot be guaranteed.
• Travel: Travel is included in our mobile pricing within our standard service area. Bookings 35 miles or more from our Northwest Austin office are subject to a one-time additional fee, quoted before booking.
• Site conditions: You are responsible for providing safe, clean, private, and reasonably quiet space with access to the area where services will be performed. We reserve the right to decline or end a session where conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
• Multi-day packages: Larger wedding and corporate wellness packages may be split across more than one day by arrangement.

6. Pricing, Payment, and Gratuity

Current pricing is listed on our website and is subject to change without notice. The price quoted or displayed at the time of booking applies to that appointment.

Studio appointments: payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

Mobile and event bookings: full payment is due 24 hours prior to the service date. If payment has not been received by that point, we may release your reserved date, time, and practitioner/s.

We accept payment through our third-party payment processor.

If you have already paid and then cancel late, the cancellation charge described in Section 4 is deducted from what you paid and the balance is refunded to you, less any credit card processing fees, which our payment processor does not return to us.

Gratuity is not included in our pricing and is never required, but it is always appreciated.

7. Memberships

Monthly memberships provide discounted rates on services. By enrolling, you agree to the following:

• Membership dues process on the first of each month by secure Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), using the payment method you authorize at signup. Your authorization continues until you cancel.
• The monthly amount reflects the level of your practitioner.
• A one-time service fee applies on the first payment.
• Additional sessions within the same month are available at the discounted membership rate, and members receive discounted pricing on all other services from all practitioners on staff.
• Members may pause a membership one time for up to three months within any twelve-month period. The twelve-month period begins on the date of your first EFT payment, not on the calendar year.
• The signup fee is waived when a member reactivates a membership or switches to a new therapist.
• Memberships are non-transferable. A membership belongs to the individual who enrolled and may not be given, sold, or assigned to another person.
• Cancellation: To cancel a membership, email info@liveloverelax.com. We require 30 days written notice before the first of the month. A cancellation request received at least 30 days before the first of a month stops billing as of that month. A request received inside that window means one more monthly payment will process before the membership ends. Dues already processed are not refundable, and any session already paid for remains available to you.

8. Gift Cards

• Gift cards are sold through our third-party gift card provider and are subject to that provider's terms in addition to ours.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
• We cannot replace a gift card that is lost or stolen. Please keep your card or code secure.
• Gift card balances do not expire, consistent with Texas law.
• Gift cards may be applied toward any service.
• Gift cards are transferable. You may give a gift card to anyone, and whoever holds the card or code may redeem it. This includes a card that has already been partially used. The remaining balance travels with the card, so a card you have drawn down can still be passed along as a gift.
• Appointments booked with a gift card are subject to the same cancellation policy in Section 4. A late cancellation or no-show will draw down the gift card balance accordingly.

9. Health, Safety, and Draping

Your comfort and safety come first. You will be professionally draped at all times, with only the area being worked on uncovered. You may undress to your level of comfort, and you may ask your practitioner to adjust pressure, technique, or area of focus at any point. You may end a session at any time.

You agree to disclose accurate health information, including injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies, and medications, before your session. We are not responsible for adverse outcomes arising from information you did not disclose.

Fresh, clean linens are used for every session, and we follow daily cleaning protocols for all equipment.

10. Zero Tolerance for Inappropriate Conduct

Live Love Relax provides professional therapeutic services only. Any request for, suggestion of, or behavior of a sexual nature will result in immediate termination of the session, payment in full for the scheduled service, a permanent refusal of future service, and where appropriate, a report to law enforcement. This policy is absolute and applies to in-studio and mobile services alike.

We also reserve the right to end a session and charge in full if a client is intoxicated, abusive, or behaves in a way that makes a practitioner feel unsafe.

11. Your Responsibilities

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that a parent or legal guardian has consented and will be present as required for a minor client. You agree to provide accurate information when booking and to notify us of any change in your health status between booking and your appointment.

12. Website Use

All content on liveloverelax.com, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and layout, is owned by Live Love Relax or used under license and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute our content without our written permission.

You agree not to use our website to transmit harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content in bulk, or interfere with the operation of the site.

Our website may link to third-party sites, including our scheduling, payment, and gift card providers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

13. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers for scheduling, payment processing, gift cards, and email communication. When you use those services through us, you are also subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or data practices of third-party providers.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any particular therapeutic result will be achieved.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Live Love Relax and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under Texas law.

16. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that massage and bodywork carry inherent risks, including temporary soreness, bruising, or aggravation of an existing condition. By receiving services, you accept those ordinary risks, provided that services are performed with reasonable care.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Live Love Relax and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your failure to disclose relevant health information, or your misuse of our website or services.

18. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The Effective Date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes to membership terms will be communicated to active members by email.
